PRIVATE CLASSES:

Private Yoga classes are held at the Bocas Yoga studio, where your privacy, confidentiality, and safety is assured. Lessons are adapted to suit your individuality, and you have the instructor's full, undivided attention and support.

Private classes are $35 per class. $5 for each additional person. Email sweetlaurakay@msn.com to schedule your appointment. Cancellations within 24-hours forfeit half of the cost. Private classes are held at the Bocas Yoga studio only.

 

 

 

All regularly scheduled classes are $5 per class, or a 10-class pass for $45, or a 20-class pass for $80.

There is a 50 Cent mat rental fee. We encourage you to bring your own mat, or you can purchase one here for $25. We have a private storage facility to hold your personal mats if you'd like. If you are renting a public mat, please wipe it down after class with provided cleaner. Thank you for being a part of our community!

Hatha Yoga (Basics/Intermediate):

An ongoing exploration into the asanas, principles, and uplifting philosophy of Yoga. Using principles of alignment to optimize energy flow in the body & mind. A spiritual practice using breath and movement to open our hearts and realize our True Selves. Provides a highly attentive and supportive environment. Appropriate for beginners and ongoing intermediate students. Taught by certified instructor and Bocas Yoga Founder, Laura Kay.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga (Expanding):

Knowledge and experience gained in basics is explored in a wider variety of challenging postures. In this rhythmic vinyasa flow class you will be synchronizing breath and movement, that will place you in a guided "moving mediation". You will be inspired to link your breath with a set of dynamic postures, focusing on building flexibility, strengthening your body and calming your mind. Join us in this eclectic mix of postures and share the power of your breath. You will sweat! Appropriate for intermediate to advanced students.
